Synopsis
The theory that if you walk to the foot of Mt. Fuji picking up fallen hairs along the way, you can make winter clothing out of those hairs and climb Mt. Fuji in that state. The theory that if someone tells you, "If the weather is clear and the conditions are right, you can see Mount Fuji from here," you'll accept it no matter how far away it is.
