Synopsis
The night before the Opening Festival, Rimuru throws a lavish banquet for all the nobles and royalty visiting Tempest. When the party is in full swing, Empress Elmesia of the Sorcerous Dynasty of Thalion arrives, throwing everyone into chaos.
