Synopsis
It is Arjun's first day at work in Bhaskar's clinic, and he is eager to show how he can shake things up to bring in more business, much to Bhaskar's chagrin. Meanwhile, Kwong San continues to engage Adam, increasing Adam's suspicion of him. Li Yan is concerned when she learns that Joy and Amir have been spending a lot of time with each other.
