Synopsis
More misunderstandings between Felicia and Suzanne when Suzanne could not get in touch with Felicia to set up the booth at the conference. Gina's frustration grows when Peter Tay shows scant interest in the beachfront property deal. Meanwhile, Kwong San is still kicking himself over his slip-of-a-tongue to Peter Tay. He thinks he unwittingly encouraged Peter Tay by telling him that Xue Ling and Adam are having marital problems.
