Synopsis
Mantriji declares that everyone in the city will have to pay BST for talking to his sister-in-law. Tiwari and Vibhuti worry as it stops them from talking to Anita and Angoori. Happu explains BST to Teeka and friends. Saxena gets a new job as a CA.
