Synopsis
Vibhuti gives Tiwari a proposal to build a bridge. Later, he discusses it with Anita and then explains Tiwari the benefits of his proposal. Tiwari begins Angoori Construction Company. Saxena becomes the Santa and gives presents to Teeka and friends.
