Synopsis
While Paula Ringelhahn, Wanda Goldwasser, and Sebastian Fleischer begin investigating an arson attack on a refugee shelter in Bamberg, Felix Voss is still on his return flight from the Caucasus. The fact that no one knows him at the crime scene gives him the idea of going undercover.
