Synopsis
Toni wants to give up her allotment garden to pay off Jonas’s rent arrears. But Jonas asks her to trust him - he’ll raise the money himself. Toni doesn’t believe him at first, but then Jonas starts transferring small amounts. When Simon also advises Toni to keep the garden and defers her shared apartment rent, Toni starts to have second thoughts. Should she keep the garden after all? Valerie is fighting to keep her job at EmKa after being fired. With fresh ideas for the EmKa Tower, she manages to convince Lou and Richard and gets a second chance. But Richard’s discovery of another indiscretion throws everything into question again. Against Britta’s advice, Carla secretly takes a banned hormone preparation from the USA - with severe side effects. When Gisela lets it slip on the podcast, Britta is horrified and feels betrayed by Carla. Jess is struggling with her maternal feelings - and asks Lou and Daniel for an honest conversation.
