Synopsis
Is this the end of the relation between Esther and Gunter? Esther wants to quit her job in the hotel because she thinks it is too much for them when they are together in private and during work time. The city is broke. Thomas sees no other option than raising taxes. He wants to raise taxes on advertising but Ben makes him clear that these taxes will be a disadvantage for him. Udo and Inge don’t want to give up their job.
