Synopsis
Hoeru suddenly falls ill and is admitted to the Bakugami Hospital run by Ryugi's father, Ryuto. At the hospital, the Gozyugers run into Ryugi who had disappeared, and Hoeru is happy to see him again. However, Ryugi has followed in his father's footsteps and has become a completely different person.... Meanwhile, Doctor No.1 appears at the Bakugami Hospital! Doctor No.1 is about to start a surgery, but the Gozyugers...!? Rei, who has the GozyuTyranno ring, also arrives...!?
