Synopsis
Paul returns home from New York. Guy takes the news of Gaby and Glen's engagement badly, leading him to make a hasty decision about his job. Pam takes desperate steps to get Doug to take her dancing. The winner of the Businessman of the Year award is announced, and Paul reflects on his recent shortcomings.
