Synopsis
When Mark is rushed into hospital, Karl fears Aris knife has punctured his lung. As his worried loved ones keep vigil, Karl informs them the knife has indeed punctured Marks lung and air is escaping into his chest cavity, pressing against his heart and threatening a heart attack.
