Winner Group B v Runner-up Group A. Early success and English fans will be seeing their team compete in Lisbon's Jose Alvalade stadium as the top-placed team in Group B plays the runner-up in Group A. If England are not here, then it's more than likely it will be the French versus one from Portugal, Spain, Russia or Greece.
