Synopsis
Beautiful trees and bushes are allegedly chopped down by a tenant who insists that they were half-dead; a disability advocate is sued for allegedly breaking her promise to guarantee a young man's graduation from high school; a couple sues a former friend for an unpaid loan but she says it was payment for services rendered.
