Synopsis
Hannibal has been under lock and key for three years at the Baltimore State Hospital for the Criminally Insane when a new villain arises - Francis Dolarhyde, also known as "The Tooth Fairy." Crawford approaches Will to help catch the vicious serial killer targeting families.
