Synopsis
Karam fakes insanity to avoid prison but schemes from inside the hospital. Serpil is kidnapped by Erkan but is later rescued by Ferit. Tensions rise around Cengiz and İfakat's relationship. The episode ends with Karam plotting from inside the psychiatric hospital.
