Synopsis

The makeover episode is always a rollercoaster of emotions. As the contestants sit nervously in the salon chairs, tension fills the air. They have no idea what transformations Heidi Klum has planned for them. Will it be a dramatic cut, a bold new color, or something completely unexpected?
