Synopsis
A man comes to the Chowki and tells Chandramukhi that his barber cut off his half moustache and because of it he has been relieved from his fathers will. The man s fiancee is brought to the Chowki for questioning, and she explains that as the man is no longer wealthy her mother called off her engagement. Will Chandramukhi be able to help the poor man?
