Synopsis
A couple are leaving Spain for good and want to settle in the countryside of either Shropshire or Herefordshire. Steve Brown accepts the challenge to find them their new home, and also finds the time to visit a traditional rural estate to learn how diversification is helping to secure its future and support the local community.
