Synopsis
Returning home from South Africa, today’s buyer has a budget of £450,000 and heads west to Cornwall with Steve Brown to find a character property that has holiday let potential. Steve also pays a visit to the Newlyn Copper Works and has a bash at transforming the striking reddish metal into a delicate work of art.
