Synopsis
Jonnie Irwin is in rural Somerset with a retired couple who have a £700,000 budget and firm ideas on the vision for their perfect country home. Along the way, Jonnie masters the thrilling sport of land yachting at Brean Sands where, thanks to a prevailing wind, he picks up the pace along this beautiful stretch of beach.
