Synopsis
Alistair Appleton is house hunting on a budget of £470,000 with a couple looking to begin a new life in rural Shropshire. Alistair also visits a family-run farm which has diversified to become the UK's first commercial producer of quinoa, an ancient grain normally found in South America.
