Synopsis
Jonnie Irwin helps a couple of property hunters who believe they were born to live in the country. With £550,000 to spend, the buyers are seeking their first rural home together in Cornwall. Away from the house hunt, Jonnie is tempted by a career change as he experiences life on the Helford River.
