Synopsis
Nicki Chapman house hunts with a newly married couple who want to escape London life and move closer to family. The hunting ground is the rural East Midlands, and there's a £400,000 budget to fund their country relocation. While in the area, Nicki takes a fancy to some award-winning feathered friends.
