Synopsis
Alistair Appleton helps a father-in-law and daughter-in-law duo who are looking for a sizeable home in rural County Durham. With a substantial budget of £700,000 to fund the property purchase, will they manage to find a home to suit three generations? Away from the house hunt, Alistair gets to taste the local tipple.
