Synopsis
Jonnie Irwin takes on the challenging task of finding a home in rural Devon for three generations of one family. They have a generous budget of £910,000 to fund the move, but there's an extensive shopping list too. While in the county, Jonnie visits the last castle built in Britain to learn about their extensive restoration project.
