Synopsis
Nicki Chapman hopes to get top property marks in Worcestershire as she helps a pair of soon-to-be grandparents with a budget of £310,000 to find their country retreat close to their daughters. Away from the house hunt, Nicki visits a house that is for sale which has also hosted royalty.
