Synopsis
Alistair Appleton goes on a charm offensive as he helps a house buyer with £300,000 find her perfect character cottage in rural Warwickshire. Alistair also visits Ryton Gardens and finds out how its heritage seed library is collecting and preserving hundreds of rare vegetable varieties for generations of future gardeners.
