Synopsis
Jules Hudson heads to north Wales in a bid to help a recently retired couple with £400,000 find a rural retreat. While in the region, Jules revisits a couple who found their perfect property three years ago, which has enabled them to lead the self-sufficient lifestyle they dreamt of.
