Synopsis
Alistair Appleton is in Essex with a couple of restoration professionals seeking out a splendid country residence for £700,000. Away from the house hunt, Alistair visits Tiptree, home to a historic fruit farm, where he lifts the lid on why heritage fruit jams are once again in favour.
