Synopsis
Alistair Appleton is in North Yorkshire helping a couple with a £550,000 budget find the perfect rural home, ideally offering an income from holiday lets. Away from the house search, Alistair drops in on the annual Whitby Folk Festival, which celebrates the traditional music, dance and song of Yorkshire and the rest of the British Isles.
