Synopsis
Jules Hudson is in the West Country helping a couple making a rural relocation with a budget of £450,000. Seeking period charm, a 19th-century farm workers' cottage gets the thumbs up, but how will an impeccable new build, thatched and built from Purbeck stone, fare?
