Synopsis
Nicki Chapman meets a couple who can't wait to leave suburbia behind and trade it in for cosy country living in Kent. With a budget of £550,000 they want to downsize but are still looking for at least three bedrooms, a kitchen/diner, a garage and a large garden to grow vegetables in.
