Aaron rebukes Mandy for sponging off the family. Jai is shocked when Dan arrives with his estranged son Archie and the news that the little boy's mum, Rachel Breckle, has died. Rishi hands out chocolate samples from his new venture as Manpreet bumps into Derek, a regular patient at the surgery.
