Synopsis
Phil’s angry because Peggy’s asked Grant for money and claims he’s sorting things. Word spreads that Phil’s planning to sell the Arches. Phil tells Grant they don’t need his money. Pat makes Phil an offer for the Arches, which he eventually accepts.
