Synopsis
Archie’s decided against torching the Vic, even though Janine tells him if it looks like an inside job, the insurance won’t pay up and the Mitchells will be forced to sell. Janine tells Peggy that Billy’s living with Archie. Peggy’s angry and confronts Billy; she’s surprised when he stands up to her.
