Synopsis
Atlanta, GA - Officer Michael Centola arrests a female with bizarre makeup on her face after she drove through several red lights without stopping. Officer R.D. Woody drops off Officer Ryan Thomas so he can do surveillance on an area known for prostitution and drug dealing.
