Synopsis
Host and trainee solicitor Vanessa D'Souza is hoping to set the standard with her 'Michelin-starred' quality meal. Self-confessed food snob Vanessa is hoping to educate her fellow diners with her culinary skills and fine wines, which includes serving the perenially-tricky soufflé. Will Vanessa's soufflés rise to the occasion, or will her attempt at Michelin-star dining fall flat and cost her the £1,000?
