Synopsis
Fourth to host in and around Swansea is doorman and Viking enthusiast Chris, who's hoping to impress his guests with a fancy-sounding menu made up of locally sourced ingredients. Chris has hitherto had some choice words about the cooking and is looking to take the standards up a level.
