Synopsis
In south London, the final host of the week, yoga teacher and masseuse Helen, serves up a Thai-inspired menu and a zen yoga-themed night for her guests. Helen has struggled with the spicy food served thus far, so decides to bring down the heat and serve up some fruity and fragrant dishes instead.
