Synopsis
The final day of the competition in Birmingham sees 32-year-old aquarium designer Akil act as host, hoping to create a splash with his fish-themed menu. With a home-made seafood tempura to start and a double whammy of sea bass and scallops for the main, Akil goes all out to impress.
