Synopsis
Yoga-loving Daljit kicks off in this episode from the Midlands, showcasing his family-inspired Punjabi recipes. Fun-loving Nicola embraces the festival vibe on her night which almost everyone enjoys. Kirsty opts to showcase her Jamaican roots when she hosts, but Daljit is critical of her food and it's noted. David has kept everyone laughing all week, so on his night he does some stand-up. Yet again Daljit has plenty to say about the gastro pub inspired food and his constant critiquing comes to a head.
