Synopsis
Managing director and proud Northerner Carl Johnson plans a menu that includes gammon cooked in two litres of cola. Stephanie and Lauren are treated to a glimpse of Carl in all his glory when they see what he has hung above his bed. But what will the guests make of his lumpy chocolate mousse?
