Synopsis
First to host in Leicester is larger-than-life NHS manager Helen Mather, whose strategy is to keep her menu simple so she can concentrate on entertaining her guests: cheeky chap and software company manager Ryan Bruce, food snob and estate agent director Terry Robinson, glamorous beauty salon manager Porchia Lee, and double glazing salesman Richard Deeping. Accident-prone Helen's dishes may require minimal cooking, but she still ends up on the wrong side of some raw pig's blood...
