Synopsis
It's the first day of the competition in Worcestershire and fitness enthusiast Claire Wier is producing a low-fat menu for her guests. As if healthy eating wasn't enough, she gets them working up an appetite with an aerobic workout. But will her healthy options win the diners over or will she just end up getting a skinny score?
