Synopsis
Gloria Choi, a young single mother from Washington, had a chance meeting that led to what appeared to be a dream romance. Her new boyfriend, Billy Rickman, showered her with attention, convincing those around her that he was deeply devoted. But investigators would later uncover a far more troubling reality.
